Gypsy Pasta Salad
• 3 Tbls. Blair's Wasabi Green Tea Hot Sauce
• 12 oz. jar roasted red pepper
• 8 oz. extra virgin olive oil
• 10 cured black olives finely chopped (optional)
• 8 oz. sharp cheese (white)
• 1 pound ziti
Cook ziti al dente, drain and set aside. Drain peppers, place in food processor until almost liquid. Pour into large bowl, add Blair's Wasabi Green Tea Hot Sauce and olives. Slowly mix in olive oil. Now add pasta and cheese; mix well and serve.
