UNCLE BIG'S KILLER HOT SAUCE

Uncle Big's Killer Pizza
• 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozarella cheese
• 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 2 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 large green onions, sliced
• 1 tsp. Uncle Big's Killer Hot Sauce
• 1 (8 oz.) package prepared pizza crusts (2 small pizzas)

Preheat oven to 400° F. In large bowl combine mozarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions and hot sauce.

Sprinkle mixture onto pizza crusts; place crusts on large cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4
