TIBETAN FIRE SAUCE
Fire Onion Bread
• 2 Tbls. instant minced onion
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. Tibetan Fire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, optional
• 2 Tbls. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400° F. Soak instant minced onion in water 5 minutes. Combine biscuit mix, egg, milk and Tibetan Fire Sauce and stir until blended. Stir in onion. Turn into greased 8" pie plate. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Brush melted butter over all. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Makes one 8" round bread.
