Shape: Thin, long, with a pointed tip

Otherwise Known As: Bird pepper

Commonly Used In: Asian dishes, decoratively in salads and noodle dishes
Some Random Facts: Often found in Asian markets. Much of the heat of the Thai pepper is found in its copious seeds, which can be removed for cooking if desired.
