Mad Dog Kabobs
• 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
• 1 green or red pepper
• 3 small onions
• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 2 zucchini or summer squash
• 12 mushrooms
• 3 Tbls. Mad Dog Teriyaki Hot Sauce
Cut chicken and vegetables into 1 to 1-1/2" cubed pieces (this helps cook food more evenly).
Mix Mad Dog Teriyaki and pineapple juice from can and marinate ingredients for 1 hour then skewer them.
Cook over a hot fire, turn and baste often with marinade.
