TEJAS TEARS

Spicy Thai Satay Dip
• 5 Tbls. peanut butter
• 3 Tbls. dijon mustard
• 3 Tbls. honey
• 80 ml. fat free chicken broth
• 1 Tbls. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• 1 Tbls. Tejas Tears Hot Sauce
• 1 Tbls. teriyaki sauce
• 1 Tbls. grated orange peel
• 3 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients and mix well in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables, chips or grilled meats.
