Jamaican Jerk Turkey Wraps
• 250 g. turkey breast
• 2 Tbls. Busha Browne's Spicy Jerk Sauce
• 4 cups coleslaw
• 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
• 60 ml. mayonnaise
• 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
• 2 Tbls. prepared mustard
• 8 flour tortillas (8"), warmed

Mustard is optional depending on your taste. 2 Tbls. refers to shop-bought mustard, if you're making your own from powder you probably want 2 tsp! Prepare grill for direct grilling. Rub jerk seasoning on both sides of turkey. Leave to marinade for 10 minutes.

Grill turkey over medium coals 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center and juices run clear, turning once. Thinly slice turkey. Place coleslaw, tomato, mayonnaise, jalapeno peppers and mustard (if using), in large bowl; toss gently to mix. Place sliced turkey on tortillas; spoon coleslaw mixture on top. Wrap to enclose. Serve immediately.
