Smokin' Hot Avocado Dip
• 2 ripe avocados
• 100 g. mayonnaise
• 3 Tbls. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. Smack My Ass and Call Me Sally Hot Sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and de-stone avocados, place in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Do a taste test, just add more hot sauce to pump-up the heat if required. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to let flavors set.
