SCREAMING SPHINCTER HOT SAUCE

Screaming Sphincter Barbeque Ribs
• 1 - 1-1/2 kg. pork ribs
• 1 onion, minced
• 4 Tbls. dark molasses
• 4 Tbls. honey
• 200 ml. tomato ketchup
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tbls. french mustard
• 2 Tbls. Screaming Sphincter Hot Sauce

Combine marinade ingredients not forgetting the essential Screaming Sphincter Hot Sauce, mix well, and pour over ribs. Marinate for 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cover ribs and cook for 30 minutes. The ribs are now part cooked. To finish in the oven, lower temperature to 325° F., and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, finish off on the barbeque for that distinctive rib style, 30 minutes on a medium hot grill should do the trick.
