Blair's Death Meatballs
Warning, these are hot!
• 500 g. lean beef, minced
• 50 g. bread crumbs
• 2 Tbls. fresh coriander
• 1 egg
• 60 ml. milk
• 1 tsp. Blair's Salsa de la Muerte
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

In a large mixing bowl beat the egg and the milk together. Add the Blair's Salsa de la Muerte, the salt and all the spices, ensure that they are well mixed into the egg base. Add the minced beef, bread crumbs and coriander, knead with your hands to ensure that the solid ingredients are well coated with the mix.

Shape into meatballs and cook in a 350° F. oven for 15-20 minutes. Can be served as a starter with dip or with pasta as a main course.
