Easy Mountain Cornbread
• 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
• 1/2 cup Ruggie's Rocky Mountain Salsa
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Spread half the batter in pan then top with salsa and cheese. Spread remaining batter on top. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
