Roadhouse Meatloaf
• 1/2 cup Roadhouse Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce
• 1 lb. hamburger meat
• 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix hamburger meat with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and remaining 4 ingredients. Arrange in meatloaf pan, then top with remaining BBQ sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with extra sauce if desired.
