CAPTAIN REDBEARD'S WING SAUCE
Olde Florida Style Wings
• 18 chicken wings
• 1/2 cup Captain Redbeard's Wing Sauce
Split wings at each joint and discard tips.
Deep fry at 400 F. (high) for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and then drain. Spread sauce to coat completely.
Or bake in a roasting pan at 425 F. for 1/2 hour. Coat with sauce, turn chicken and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
