QUESO CALIENTE

Cheesy Nachos
• 1 bag tortilla chips
• 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
• 16 oz. Queso Caliente
• 1/4 cup salsa or taco sauce
• Sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Place tortilla chips on a 12" pizza pan, overlapping as little as possible.

Sprinkle cheese over tortilla chips on pan. Drizzle with Queso Caliente and salsa or taco sauce.

Cook until cheese melts and dollop with sour cream, if desired.
