Mouth Watering Steaks and Burgers
Let the rub season the meat. Sprinkle Prairie Rub over the meat, then lightly rub the surface with your hands. You can also place the rub in a large plastic bag, add the meat and shake to coat. Three to four Tbls. of spice rub seasoning should season two pounds of meat. Let sit for several hours or, preferably, overnight.
