Paul Senior's Knock-Out Punch
• 2 oz. Jamaican rum
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. fresh orange juice
• 1 tsp. Orange County Choppers Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp. grenadine*
• Soda water
• Orange slice
Combine rum, lime juice, orange juice and Cayenne Hot Sauce in a tall glass filled with ice. Stir with a long spoon.
Pour genadine over top and fill glass with soda water. Stir gently. Serve with an orange slice on the rim of glass. Serves 1
* Grenadine is a sweet, dark red syrup made from pomegranates.
