Tomatillo Sauce Excellent for grilled chicken or meat
• 3/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
• 3/4 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 1/2 Tbls. minced garlic
• 1 cup sherry
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 5 oz. Old Faithful Hot Sauce
• Salt to taste
Sauté red peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil. Add sherry and stock, boil to reduce liquid by 2/3's. Add 1 bottle hot sauce and simmer to desired thickness. Serves 5
