MINORCAN MUSTARD
Gator Sauce
• 3 1/3 cups (18 oz.) brown sugar
• 3/4 cup (6 oz.) Minorcan Mustard
• 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) white vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) honey
• 3/4 cup (6 oz.) lemon juice
• 1 1 /2 cups (12 oz.) apricot jelly
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in the refrigerator in glass jars.
Yield: About 10 cups Heat Scale: Medium
