Perked Up Turkey
• 8 oz. turkey tenderloin
• 1 bottle Melinda’s Coffee BBQ Sauce
Purchase pre-cut turkey tenderloins/fillets or cut tenderloins from a turkey breast. Separate the breast by cutting through the center of the rib cage. Gently pull and separate the tenderloin from the breast.
Marinate turkey tenderloin in the Melinda's BBQ Sauce for 15 minutes.
Basting with additional BBQ sauce, grill the turkey tenderloin 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side: 3-4 inches from the flame to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
