Melinda's Habanero Marmalade
Melinda's XXXXtra Hot Habanero Sauce
Refined sugar, brown sugar and honey
The peel (zest) of 4 Valencia oranges
Crushed ginger root
Juice of one lime
Boil all together. Add pectin and seal in canning jars. Not for the neophyte! Heat level can be modified.
Great stuff on toast in the morning with a spicy omelet or an accompaniment with pork, seafood, beef or chicken. Also fantastic with cream cheese and five grain party crackers.
