Peppered Cheddar Dip
• 350 ml. sour cream
• 200 g. grated cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
• 3 Tbls. minced jalapeno pepper
• 1 Tbls. Marie Sharp's
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together adding 1 to 2 Tbls. of milk to make a good dipping consistency. Add salt to taste. Cover, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
