MARIE SHARP'S HABANERO PEPPER SAUCE
Spicy Hawaiian Pork Burgers
• 2 lbs. pork, ground
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/2 tsp. Marie Sharp's Pepper Sauce
• 6 hamburger buns
• 1 can pineapple rings, drained
• 2 red onions, sliced
• 6 lettuce leaves
• 6 tomato slices
• 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
In a bowl combine pork, ketchup and Marie Sharp's. Season with salt and pepper.
Form six patties and grill or broil for six to eight minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Place burgers on buns and top with a pineapple ring, sliced onion, lettuce, and tomato. Serves 6
