Maker's Cajun Grilled Shrimp
• 1-1/2 to 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled (tail left on) and deveined
• 1/3 cup Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce
• 3 Tbls. melted butter
• 2 Tbls. lemon juice
• 1 Tbls. white wine
• 2 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
(This mixture is delicious on fish steaks)
Mix above ingredients; place shrimp in dish and cover with marinade; refrigerate 2 hours.
Remove shrimp and thread on skewers; reserve marinade.
Place shrimp on grill, cover and cook about 4 inches from medium coals. Turn and brush shrimp with marinade 3 times, until shrimp is pink, 6 to 10 minutes. Serves 4.
