Deviled Chicken
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbls. brown sugar
• 1 Tbls. Creole Mustard
• 1 Tbls. water
• 2 Tbls. oil
• 1 3 lb. broiler chicken, cut up, or equivalent chicken parts

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Creole Mustard and water; stir to blend well. Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to a shallow baking pan. Pour off fat in skillet; add ketchup sauce mixture, stirring to loosen browned particles in bottom of pan. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil; continue to bake until chicken is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serves 4
