Lava Hot Crab Dip
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 3 Tbls. dry sherry
• 2 Tbls. milk
• 2 Tbls. horseradish
• 2 Tbls. mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 tsp. Lava Hot Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 cup fresh or canned crab meat
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine all ingredients except almonds in a medium bowl and mix well. Spoon into a shallow baking dish. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until heated through. Top with toasted almonds and serve with crackers or sour dough bread slices.
