Peachy Fish
• 1 lb. flounder or red snapper
• 1/2 lemon, cut into ovals
• 1/2 medium onion, cut into rings
• 8 oz. D. L. Jardine's Peach Salsa
Place flounder or red snapper on aluminum foil, shiny side down. Pour D. L. Jardine's Peach Salsa on top. Add onion rings and lemon ovals. Close foil and crimp edges. Place on coolest part of grill for 10-20 minutes, depending upon heat. Alternatively, place under broiler and cook as above.
