GRIZZLY HOT SAUCE
Jamaican Shrimp Sauce
Spicy pineapple relish for grilled shrimp
• 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
• 3/4 cup red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup red onions, chopped
• 2 tsp. garlic
• 5 oz. Grizzly Hot Sauce
• 3 Tbls. cilantro
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• 2-3 lbs. large shrimp
Sauté pineapple, red peppers, onion, and garlic. Add hot sauce and simmer covered. Let cool and add cilantro and pineapple juice. Toss shrimp in sauce, let stand for 30 minutes then grill. Serve with pineapple relish. Serves 8
