GARLIC HEAD BARBECUE SAUCE
"Hey, Garlic Head...Your Chicken's Ready!"
• 2 chickens (2 to 2-1/2 lbs. each), quartered, rinsed and patted dry
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup Garlic Head Barbecue Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place chicken in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; lightly brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 F, then bake 40 minutes longer.
Preheat barbecue grill with medium-hot coals. Grill chicken 15 minutes (3-4" from heat), brushing with rest of sauce and turning halfway through grilling.
