Crab Cakes
• 1 lb. crabmeat
• 1 egg beaten
• 2 tsp. yellow mustard
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. Blair's Death Rain
• 1 cup fresh grated bread crumbs
Put crabmeat in mixing bowl and add beaten egg, mix lightly. Add next 5 ingredients, in order given. Season bread crumbs with Blair's Death Rain and roll crab cake mixture in bread crumbs. Form into cakes and fry in a skillet on medium high heat with 1/2" of oil. Fry on one side until golden brown and turn over.
