DAVE'S JAMMIN' JERK SAUCE
Jammin' Jerk Shrimp & Plantain Skewers
• 12 jumbo shrimp or scallops
• 3 tsp. Dave's Jammin' Jerk Sauce
• 1 ripe plantain
• Olive oil for brushing
Marinate shrimp or scallops in Dave's Jerk Sauce for a few minutes. Cut plantain in rounds. Thread on skewers.
Brush with oil and grill until cooked.
