CRAZY CHARLEY CAJUN PIQUANTE SALSA
Crazy Charley's Jambalaya
• 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or combination chicken, smoked sausage, ham or shrimp
• 1 jar Crazy Charley Cajun Salsa
• 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
Cut chicken or sausage into bite-sized pieces; brown in lightly oiled nonstick skillet 5 minutes.
Add Crazy Charley Salsa and rice plus 1 cup water. Add ham or shrimp, if desired. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Tip: Make extra special by sautéing small amount (approximately 1 cup total) chopped bell pepper, celery, and onion along with the chicken cubes.
