CRAZY CHARLEY CAJUN HOT BBQ SAUCE
Hot New Orleans
• 4 cup red kidney beans, cooked
• 1 lb. good sausage (no preservatives!)
• 1 cup cooked white rice
• 1/2 cup red onions, diced
• 1/8 cup garlic, diced
• 1/2 cup good white wine (Chardonnay preferred)
• 2 Tbls. Crazy Charley Cajun Hot BBQ Sauce
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cook sausage in a cast iron skillet or large frying pan and set aside. Drain pan. Add all ingredients, except rice, and cook until onions are translucent. Mix in rice and cook until warm. Serve with more Crazy Charley's on the side! Serves 8
