DRUNKEN JALAPENO STUFFED ONIONS

Chicken with Spicy Cocktail Onions
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
• 2 cup rice, cooked
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 cup sherry or white wine
• 8 oz. Drunken Jalapeno Stuffed Onions, drained
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a 9 x 9" baking pan. Spread cooked rice in the pan. Place chicken breasts on top of rice. In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, Drunken Jalapeno Stuffed Onions and wine. Spread over the chicken and rice. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake covered in oven for approximately 40-45 minutes. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
