Black Bean Mexican Pizza
• 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or 1 pre baked pizza shell
• 1 cup D.L. Jardine's Cilantro & Green Olive Salsa
• 2 cans 14 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 cups grated Monterey Jack, cheddar or mixed cheese
Optional Toppings:
• Diced onion
• Sliced green and/or red bell peppers
• Sliced zucchini or yellow squash
• Sliced jalapeno
• Sour cream to garnish

Bake pizza dough or shell according to package directions. Combine beans and salsa in a small saucepan and heat through. Top pizza well with bean mixture, followed by cheese and optional toppings. Return to oven and bake at 350° F. until cheese has melted (about 10-12 minutes). Serve with sour cream, if desired. Serves 4
