Chipotle Slam Marinade
2 oz. Chipotle Slam Hot Sauce
4 oz. lemon or lime juice
4 Tbls. vegetable oil
2 Tbls. soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use as a marinade for beef, chicken, fish or vegetables. Fish or chicken: marinate for 2 hours. Flank steak: marinate for 24 hours.
