• 2 Cans diced tomatoes (28 oz. each)
• 1 Green bell pepper, diced
• 1 Bunch scallions, chopped
• 1 Cup cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1/4 Cup olive oil
• Ground black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Add Pepper Sauce to taste
Combine all ingredients and stir well. For best results marinade overnight in refrigerator.
