"BANG ZOOM" HOT SAUCE

Uncle Dougie's Weiners Gone Orange
• 2 Tbls. vegetable oil
• 6 frankfurters
• 1 small onion
• 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
• 1/2 tsp. flat leaf parsley, chopped
• 2 tsp. "Bang Zoom" Hot Sauce
• 250 ml. orange juice
• 1 Tbls. orange zest
• 2 Tbls. corn flour
• 1 Tbls. brown sugar
• 2 whole oranges
• flat leaf parsley, for decoration

Prepare orange zest then peel the oranges and divide into segments. Cut each orange segment in half. Slice the frankfurters diagonally and chop the onion.

Heat oil in wok or skillet and add frankfurters, onion, thyme, oregano, parsley and the "Bang Zoom" Hot Sauce. Once the onions are softened and the frankfurters heated through remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the orange juice and brown sugar to the pan, make the cornflower into a paste with a little cold water and add to the orange juice. Stir until you have a thick sauce. Add the frankfurters back in and the orange segments. Serve and decorate with the flat leaf parsley.
