Ass Kickin' Salsa Huevos Rancheros
• 8 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
• 1-13 oz. jar Ass Kickin' Salsa
• Corn tortillas
• Grated cheese
Fry the bacon pieces slowly until almost done; drain. Remove all fat from pan and add Ass Kickin' Salsa and drained bacon. Simmer while cooking eggs. If sauce is too thick add a little water.
Serve sauce over eggs cooked to your liking (fried, poached, scrambled). Place eggs on heated or fried tortillas cover with sauce and grated cheese.
