Stuffed Jalapenos
• 15 jalapenos
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 cup rice (cooked)
• 1 garlic clove (cooked)
• dash Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbls. ketchup
• 1 egg
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup grated honey
• Blair's After Death Sauce to taste.
With a spoon hollow out the jalapenos, cut them in half and set aside. In a preheated skillet brown the ground beef and garlic. Drain grease from skillet when browned. Mix beef with all remaining ingredients.
Stuff the peppers and place them on a baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F. until browned.
Note: You may want to make a raised bottom so you can add water to the baking dish and steam the peppers.
