AFRICAN RHINO PERI-PERI PEPPER SAUCE
Peri-Peri Seafood Salad
• 2 cups cooked corn
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 medium tomato, diced
• 1 lb. raw shrimp, cooked and cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab meat (7 1/2 oz. can)
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbls. minced onion
• 1/2 tsp. African Rhino Peri-Peri Pepper Sauce
• 1 tsp. salt
Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, African Rhino Peri-Peri Pepper Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Serves 4
