Grilled Tenderloin of Beef
• 3 Tbls. black peppercorns
• 3 Tbls. green peppercorns
• 3 Tbls. pink peppercorns
• Four 7 oz. or 10 oz. center-cut beef tenderloin steaks
• Olive oil
• Salt
• 911 Hot Sauce
Pan-roast peppercorns to increase their flavor, then grind to a coarse texture in a pepper mill or food processor. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt and ground pepper mix. Grill steaks to desired wellness, brushing with olive oil during grilling. Serve hot, garnished with 911 Hot Sauce. Serves 4
