I first had this about 15 years ago when my uncle busted some out because my aunt forgot to add it to her shrimp louie dip. OMG what a difference! I took that bottle off to college with me and everyone in the dorms was hooked (like crack cocaine addicts coming to the crack house for a fix). I ended up getting 2 more bottles from my aunt and used them sparingly ever since (until now). I have found others that are also good but non quite like this. So today I decided to let my fingers do the walking (WWW style) and see if I could find it anymore. Come to find out it's being imported and distributed from right here in my town. So I think I'm getting me some more (might have to run down to their store). This stuff has a wonderful aroma and an amazing heat to it that is addictive (I mean addictive if you can stand the heat). A little goes a long way straight on burritos etc... but you can polish off a bottle pretty quickly adding it to sauces and dishes. when I used the last up today it dawned on my I think I am going to try it mixed with butter to make a chicken'wing'sling (my word for buffalo sauce).
