Roadkill Bar-B-Q

"If it tastes too strong, It's been dead too long." Specially formulated to enhance and/or cover the flavor of any meat, Roadkill Bar-B-Q Sauce is great on opossum, squirrel, rabbit, skunk, or whatever else you might find. Instructions: Gather roadkill from side of road. Remove asphalt, dirt, fur or feathers and any remaining innards. Pour on sauce, cook, enjoy!


Ingredients: Tomato paste, water, brown sugar, molasses, cider vinegar, worcestershire, liquid smoke, salt, dehydrated onions, garlic, and red pepper.
