Melinda's Coffee BBQ

We love this sauce! Made with Costa Rican coffee and plenty of habanero and chipotle peppers, "Perked Up" Coffee BBQ Sauce was inspired by the winning recipe from the 2002 Mas Melinda's recipe contest. A must have BBQ sauce for all those who love to grill.


Ingredients: Brown sugar, chopped onions, tomato paste, molasses, sugar, glucose, apple vinegar, vegetable oil, coffee, Melinda's Chipotle sauce, salt, mustard, garlic powder, carrots in vinegar, banana, vinegar, Melinda's XXXtra Hot Pepper sauce, blackberry wine, food starch, acetic acid, tamarind pulp, papaya in vinegar, citric acid, habanero pepper powder, lime juice, onion powder, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and allspice.
