Ginger Sesame Stir-Fry (Phad Naam-man Nga)
Some Thai food is very simple such as the stir-fry dish, which has a Chinese influence. When the Chinese came to Thailand, they brought with them many culinary influences, including noodle dishes and stir-fry. Toi Woosley, the owner of Toi Sauces, combines the flavor of both cultures in this excellent Stir-Fry Sauce.
How to use:
This sauce can be used with stir-fry; most Thai people like it with any meat and vegetables. Cook quickly on high heat on the stove and add "Toi Ginger Sesame" sauce to your taste. May also be used as a dipping sauce for lettuce wraps.
