Crazy Charley Creole File Gumbo

As far as we know, this is the only bottled Creole File Gumbo available. The "Crazy Cajun" says his mamma wants to know how he got the family recipe in a bottle tasting so good. Perfect if you like to eat but are too busy to cook. Just add your own meat or seafood, simmer and serve over a bed of rice. Packed in Mason jars.


Ingredients: Chicken stock, tomato paste, olive oil, okra, garlic, onions, celery, Tabasco pepper sauce, spices and file.
