Chicken Curry Sauce
Drenched by the sun and surrounded by mountains and sea, Kerala is a jewel on India's southern coast. This delicious Chicken Curry Sauce captures the essence of this enchanting land, for its recipe has been passed down through one Keralian family for over one thousand years. 100% natural.

Cooking Instructions:
1.) Cut up 2 lb. fresh boneless skinless chicken (3 lb. chicken w/bone) into 1 x 2 inch pieces or chef's choice of meat size.
2.) Shake the can well, empty entire contents into a pan.
3.) Add one can of water (8 oz.) to dilute the sauce, then add chicken and mix thoroughly.
4.) Cover and cook on stove top over medium heat until curry comes to a complete boil. Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally cook for 17-20 minutes or until the chicken is done and the gravy thickens.
5.) For extra flavor, add 3 Tbls. cream/milk, preferably coconut milk, bring curry to a boil and immediately remove from fire.
6.) Garnish with fresh cilantro and/or sliced tomatoes and serve with rice, pasta, bread, vegetables, etc.
Serves 6-8.
