This is the famous Costa Rican table sauce you love. Diving in the shark infested waters off Isla de Coco, we came across a sealed gold box. Gazing in wild wonder, we opened the box to find an old leather pouch containing a gold doubloon, a black silk eye patch, a hand scrawled recipe to a long forgotten condiment and a small bone of unknown origin. Thus we christened this savory sauce from the briny blue, "Pirates Blend."
Ingredients: Vinegar, cane sugar, salt, cayenne peppers, ginger, mustard, puree of carrot, celery, onion and cucumber, corn starch, cumin and other spices, ascorbic acid and 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate.
