Crazy Charley Cajun

This family recipe from Thibodaux, LA. is over 100 years old and uses brewed coffee as an ingredient. Containing no fat or oil and no added salt, its flavor is outstanding! Crazy Charley's won "Best BBQ Sauce" in the 1996 Fiery Food Challenge and "2nd Place" in the American Royal BBQ Contest in Kansas City, 1995.


Ingredients: Brewed coffee, catsup, brown sugar, worcestershire, vinegar, mustard, natural smoke flavor, onions, garlic, Tabasco pepper sauce, starch, gumbo file and spices.
